  • ご注文商品と異なる商品が届いた場合
  • ご注文数量と異なる数量が届いた場合
  • 商品に汚れ、傷、破損がある場合(SHOP袋・箱は対象外)
  • その他弊社が相当と判断する場合


  • 交換・返品の際には下記の条件を全て満たしていることが前提となります。満たされていない場合にはお断りすることがございますのでご注意下さい。
  • 返品、交換される商品が未使用であること(商品のタグが外れている場合は、未使用と認められません)
  • 商品の付属品、納品書がお届けのときのままで揃っていること
  • お客様のもとで汚れ、傷、破損がないこと



Exchange and Return

⚫︎Product Defect
We strive to take all possible measures in regards to quality control. If you receive the wrong items or goods are found to be faulty, and they are not of satisfactory quality, we will exchange the products if the stock is available. If not, our customer service will suggest an alternative.

⚫︎Exchange and Return
If you receive a different product from the one you ordered, or if the delivered product is damaged or dirty, we will replace it free of charge. We cannot accommodate size and color exchanges. There might be occasions that we can accommodate time to time. Please contact customer service if you have any issues. Generally, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to the customer's convenience.We will only accept returns when you receive incorrect items or defect goods. 



  • When you receive incorrect items.
  • When you receive an incorrect quantity
  • When you receive faulty or damaged products (excluding shopping bags and boxes)
  • When deemed appropriate by us
    As for the discounted products, we will not accept returns or cancellations for any reason other than the above conditions that are eligible for exchange or returns.


  • When exchanging or returning, it is a prerequisite that all of the following conditions are met. Please note that we may decline when not met.
  • Merchandise must be unused. Merchandise that are returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may not qualify for a refund.  
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging with the original invoice.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged.

3. Return Shipping Fee
We will bear the shipping cost for clearly damaged, defective and incorrect items upon arrival.
If you return our products with the reason other than listed above, customers must bear to pay for the return shipping fee.

4.How to contact
Please contact us within seven days of receipt of the merchandise. Please e-mail our customer service. We will only communicate via e-mail. Please note that if seven days have passed after the merchandise's receipt, we will not accept any exchange or return due to our negligence.
